Privacy glass specification

Privacy glass  is a laminated glass product consisting of a Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) film sandwiched between two layers of glass and two layers of conductive interlayers. This PDLC film is what allows you to change the visual appearance of the glass from opaque (translucent) to clear (transparent).

Features and advantages:

Transmits only 48% of visible light when in the switched off translucent state, very high opacity.

Transmits 76% of visible light in the switched on transparent state, very high light transmission

Vary voltage supply controls the light transmission level.

Flat-screen rear projection.

Vanlong smart glass has been designed and tested for internal applications.

It is advisable to use a combination of clear and gray tinted glass for projection. Enhances the clarity of projection

Special care and instructions are required during framing and electrical installation of the product.

In its transparent state a degree of haze is still apparent. It is recommended that a sample product should be viewed and the performance data be viewed.

1.Does privacy glass partition wall affect transmition of UV light?

RE:Yes. In its opaque (default/off) state, Privacy Glass effectively blocks 98%+ of harmful UV rays. With the use of certain glass types, and/or a variety of interlayers, we are also able to increase the energy efficiency of the product.

2.Can you drilling holes on the glass partition ?

RE:Yes. Privacy Glass panels can be manufactured with holes, notches, and custom shapes. Once the manufacturing process is complete, the panels cannot be altered, so any holes or other such fabrication must occur at the manufacturing stage.

3. How long is your warranty time ?

:RE:privacy glass for office with 5 years warranty time , transformer have 1 years warranty . You may reference to our after-service guid .

4. I have 4 windows and total are 7.5SQ meters , can i use one remote ?

RE :  Our transformer , 10W can be control 1SQ meters . For your quantity , 100W transformer can be connect to it and use 1 remote to control all .
